We were founded in 1998, by Mr. Brad Hodges. There are currently 3 appraisers in the company. Mr. Burns has extensive and varied residential and light commercial experience and Mr. Hodges has an extensive background in real estate having been a Real Estate Salesman, an Environmental Scientist, Software Developer as well as an Appraiser. We provide a large array of services which include House Measuring, Environmental Site Assessments, Commercial and Residential Appraisals, Construction Draw Inspections, and other services as requested.
